Delete Your Account
AppTimeOut — you're in control of your data.

This page explains how to delete your AppTimeOut account and the personal data associated with it. AppTimeOut is developed and operated by AppTimeOut.
Delete your account from inside the app
- Open the AppTimeOut app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are then permanently deleted.
For security, you may be asked to sign in again before deletion completes.
Prefer to request deletion by email?
If you can't access the app, email support@apptimeout.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (email address and display name).
- Your blocked apps and websites list.
- Your accountability buddies (their names and email addresses that you added).
- Your lock settings, schedules, and lock-session history.
- Any verification or unlock codes associated with your account.
What data is kept
We do not retain your personal data after deletion, other than what we are legally required to keep (for example, minimal transaction records for tax or accounting purposes where applicable). Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
